W: MIC schools advance eleven wrestlers to state finals

Hoosier Authority Summary

The MIC advanced eleven wrestlers through to the State Finals this coming weekend at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. In the process, four conference grapplers earned semi-state championships. Lawrence North led the way for MIC schools, advancing four wrestlers and crowning two champions.

The performance was strong, but a little disappointing for the MIC. The rival conferences in central Indiana fared slightly better. The Hoosier Crossroads also advanced 11 wrestlers and Conference Indiana took top honors by advancing 15 individuals to the finals.
